Joseph is a Marine Corps veteran who helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate market in Beaufort and Jasper Counties.
In 2020, military orders brought Joseph and his wife to Beaufort, where they quickly fell in love with the Lowcountry lifestyle. Over time, Joseph and his family have developed a deep appreciation for the area’s charm, natural beauty, and sense of community.
Joseph’s interest in real estate grew while providing contracting services to local residents and investing in properties himself. This hands-on experience gave him a solid understanding of the local market, property trends, and the investment process.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, Joseph combines his expertise and passion to guide clients every step of the way, making the process as seamless and rewarding as possible.
Elaina is a second generation real estate agent and began her real estate career with Keller Williams Realty in 2018, working part time as the Director of First Impressions, and launched her Real Estate Sales career in January of 2022.
Elaina and her husband ended up in the Lowcountry by military orders, and immediately knew it to be the special place they get to call home.
Elaina now shares her love of the Lowcountry and expertise, committed to being the fiduciary of choice for buyers, sellers, and investors, providing a curated experience with a level of service and care without compromise.
